Good morning! Today I am in Matthew 15:29-31 and Mark 7:31-37. Jesus left Tyre and went up to Sidon before going back to the Sea of Galilee. A deaf man with a speech impediment was brought to Him and the people begged Jesus to heal Him. Jesus took the man away from the crowd of people. He put His fingers in the man's ears, and then He spit on His own fingers and touched the man's tongue. He looked up to heaven and said, "Be Opened!" Instantly the man could hear perfectly and He could speak plainly. Jesus told the crowd not to tell anyone, but the more He told them not to tell, the more the word spread. And the people were amazed. Then He returned to Sea of Galilee and sat down on a hill. Crowds of people surrounded Him again. The crowd brought Him people who were blind, lame, crippled, those who couldn't speak, and many more. They laid the people before Jesus, and He healed all who were brought to Him. And the people praised the God of Israel!

Praise the Lord! Jesus still does this for us today. No matter what problem we are facing, Jesus can help us, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Like the man that was deaf, He may use ways that we may not ever think about, unconventional ways. Never under estimate what Jesus can do for someone because He is still working miracles today in peoples lives. He may even use us to guide people to Him. Just like the crowd was bringing the people to Jesus and placing them before Him, we too have the opportunity to bring people to Jesus. We can do this by praying for the people or talking to them about Jesus and what He can do in their lives. God wants us to be that link for people. Interceding for people especially when they are struggling and don't see a way through their problems. Jesus is the answer for everyone. Whether we realize it or not.

Do you tell others about the power of Jesus? God wants us to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ to all who will listen. Spreading His love, and helping people understand how much He loves them. We all need that. He can give you the boldness and encouragement to speak out for Him. Be open today for God to use you to bless someone else with His love. The world around you needs it.
