Seeing the Change

Good afternoon! Today I am in John 4:39-42. After the Samaritan woman left Jesus, she told many people throughout her village about how Jesus told her everything she ever did. Many people went to see Him, and begged Him to stay in their town. He stayed with them for 2 days, and many people believed because of everything He told them. Now they knew for themselves that He was indeed the Savior of the world.

Its amazing how much one woman's testimony made such an impact on a village. Because Jesus had set her free of her shame, she told everyone she could about it. People were so curious, that they went to see for themselves, and Jesus met them right where they were. Revealing who He was to them. They saw the change in her and they wanted to find out for their selves.

Can people see the change God has made in your life? Our testimonies can have that same effect on people. When you find Jesus, and He sets you free from the sin that had you snared, people can see the change in you. And they are curious to know how it happened. Don't be afraid to share your story. The Lord will prompt you when the time is right to share your story with someone. Your story can show others how Jesus meets us where we are, and He sees us. He does not care about your background. He wants to make you a new creation.
